The location was wonderful and excellent, just next door to shops and restaurants, river, and supermarket. Café Millstream Kitchen located 2 km away was a nice surprise.

Nice hotel with lovely views and incredible location to tourist sites.

The jewel in the crown was amicable and fairly friendly staff. It was neat, beautifully maintained and for high chair.

The breakfast at the restaurant was great! I tried some really tasty dishes and enjoyed my meal here. 🍳

It's good how your still in Perth but when you stay at the Broadwater Resort Apartments you feel like your down south, it's fantastic. We liked the pool and spa area which was very nice and the sauna was the perfect temperature The Room in which we stayed in was perfect, had plenty of room and had a big balcony with riverside views which was great. Over all we enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

Only complaint would be to make the inside of the resort more modern.

The restaurant here was particularly good for breakfast, we both ordered freshly cooked dishes. The bed was comfy, best sleep ever. The hotel had a very central location, walking distance to a cinema and a church.

A loft apartment with a small bedroom and bathroom was just right for us, and the location here was fantastic - within easy walking distance to all the places we wanted to visit.

I have never complained about a room in the past. The room was disgusting. On arrival I went to iron a shirt, the iron had a massive hole in the casing. Th ironing board was the most flimsy I have ever seen. It appeared that the hotel had bought the cheapest and nastiest they could find. The state of the room was astoundingly poor and it appeared to have not had a good clean for 12 months. There was so much dust on the air-conditioner the air had trouble getting out. The grout in the bath was black and a set of venetian blinds were so filthy the staff eventually threw them out. It took two days to have the room cleaned. The restaurant was not open on Tuesday night - never again!

I love the fact they provide you with a washing machine, clothes dryer and dish washer. And the fact they even provide the detergent. So next time when i have a chance to go back, i'll know not to bring so much clothes and can lighten my luggage.

The fact that they service the rooms only once every 4 days. So i had to wash my own bath towels each day if i wanted fresh towels.

The room had a lovely bed, a private balcony, a lounge area, and good curtains. the staff were very welcoming. - the pool was good. - the central location was a plus. - the Como district was worth exploring.

The pool area was lovely and the complimentary parking was great!

New-fashioned and functional rooms with superfriendly staff. Great services, large bathroom. Efficient check-in and late check-out, parking on site. Not to mention free wifi! Location next to close to many Resturants, South Perth ferry wharf, and shops, restaurants, lots of walk paths and parks.

The hotel had an excellent location very close to Cygnet Movie Theatre. Staff was super fairly friendly. The Broadwater Resort Como in Perth is conveniently located near the Cygnet Movie Theatre, making it easy to catch a movie or enjoy some entertainment. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming during my stay, creating a positive and enjoyable experience.

We only stayed over night at the Broadwater Resort Apartments due to a quick trip up to Perth/Fremantle. However, the staff were wonderful & truly obliging regardless of the fact we were short stay guests. Further to the above our room was clean & comfortable & value for money.

We found the apartments to be very handy to restaurants and shopping. Easy access to the city by bus. We were in Perth for a wedding so didn't have a lot of spare time.

We had problems with a leaky toilet cistern, but this was rectified quite quickly. Other than this we had no problems..
